Hydro-Chem™ “PKW™” Wheeled Handline Extinguishing System incorporates 300 lbs. of specialized “PKW™” dry chemical in trans- portable storage; a dual flow (HCHG) Series Hydro-Chem™ Handline Nozzle; and “flat lay” dry chemical delivery hose. This assembly, when combined with foam solution, is complete and ready to use in combating three dimensional and/or pressurized fuel fires. Unit provides dry chemical flows at 10 lbs/s and foam solution rates at 60, 95 or 125 gpm.
 
“PKW™” is a highly specialized siliconized Purple-K that is one of the most effective dry chemicals used to extinguish flammable and/or combustible liquid fires. Its distinctively deep purple color provides the fire fighter with the ability to stay ON-TARGET when it is project- ed to the fire within the foam/water stream. This results in a quicker, more effective “knockdown,” and extinguishment.
