12" Flange x Storz Adapter Installation Advisory & Instructions

Recently, we identified a potential installation issue regarding our 12" Flange x Storz adapters.

The adapter must be installed using a washer to distribute the load whether using stud(s) or bolt(s). Also, the studs or bolts must be tightened according to the installation instructions included with this communication.

Please ensure that the required torque values are not exceeded.
